Shipping Policy

Most orders ship within 24-72 hours.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
For distributors, national accounts, and those on terms, please confirm delivery dates with your Account Executive.

Trace your order: 

You will receive a confirmation email after you have ordered a product on our website. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, contact us at [email protected]. Once your item is shipped, you will be issued a tracking number to trace your package.

We accept returns within 30 days only of the purchase date for a refund or exchange if you purchased the products directly from

This return policy does not apply to products purchased through a distributor.


  1. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, mail the product back to us for an exchange of the same item and include a copy of the original packing slip.
  2. Product returns for a refund must be unused, unopened and in the original box and/or packaging.
  3. We will issue the refund minus the shipping fee.
  4. Please provide us with a brief description of why you are returning the product and include your name, address, telephone number and email address so we can contact you if we have questions.
